Am I the right brand to apply?

All products must be handmade and produced in small-scale settings, with respect for materials and the environment. The aim is to give space to one-person brands and small creative businesses.

Additional criteria include:

• Use of recycled, upcycled or responsibly sourced materials wherever possible.

• Transparency of production (who makes the product and how).

• Focus on quality craftsmanship and durability rather than fast or disposable design.

• Diversity of practices (ceramics, jewelry, textiles, candles, etc.), ensuring a varied and inspiring experience for visitors.

• Diversity in local makers’ backgrounds, with a focus on supporting women, LGBTQAI+ and underrepresented voices as well as local makers based in Aarhus, to strengthen the community connection.

The intention is to create a space that not only supports small, independent makers but also raises awareness of sustainable design practices among the public.

How large is the booth and what does it cost for a two day market?

You can select from four sizes either inside or outside: One Meter (600KR), Two Meters (1000KR), Three Meters (1500KR) or Four Meters (2000KR).

What do I have to bring?

We will supply you with tables and chairs if needed. Always trying to make it as easy as possible for you. :) We would appreciate you letting us know if you brought any equipment such as tables, chairs, shelfs or any other furniture, so we can plan your booth accordingly.

Once I am selected?

As soon as you complete the application form below, we will carefully review all submissions and get back to you as soon as possible. If you are selected, we will ask you to provide your most engaging, “Instagrammable” pictures for us to promote your brand on our Instagram account and generate maximum traction. You will also receive a paymentrequest via mobile pay once your participation is confirmed. In return, we will send you social media assets that you are welcome to use on your own channels to help promote the event.
